Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Daiichi Sankyo Singapore (DSSG) RD PVQA is looking for an office administrator who is detail-oriented, organised and an excellent communicator. He/she should work independently and is a strong multitasker.
Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the RD PV PVQA department. Supports the team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the department’s concepts, practices and procedures.
This role reports to the Global Head of RD PV/MA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Proactively and effectively provide administrative support to the following areas:
- Calendar Management: ensure updated and accurate calendar to support team’s business operations, meetings and travels
- Business Travels: smooth execution of travel arrangements and logistics
- Manage and develop agenda’s and liase with business partners for arrangements of meetings
- Expense and Medical Claims: timely submission of local and overseas claims
- Track budget and check claims
- Filing: maintain a systematic filing system in DSSG
- Provide/handle general administration and office operation support such as powerpoint slides etc
- Involve in organizing, co-coordinating both local and overseas meetings, corporate events, as and when called upon
- Any other duties as assigned/ad-hoc assignment
- Records Management
- Track compliance for travels requirements
- Support SOPs compliance and related roles
- Track travel schedules and proactively follow up
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Demonstrates professionalism, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player; able to exercise discretion and judgment
- Good work ethic and proactive attitude
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Proficiency in MS Office
- At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- GCE A Levels or Diploma
- 3 Days weeky
- Hybric work arrangement
- Possibility to convert to permanent position
