As the right-hand man of the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales Administrative Director is responsible for improving the efficiency of the sales team by ensuring the implementation or optimization of interdepartmental processes as well as regular monitoring of the team’s performance. She/He leads the analysis of sales data and implements strategies to improve sales performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • English as a native language required
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position in the commercial field
  • University bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of the entertainment industry and/or the international context is a considerable asset
  • Expertise in the development and implementation of sales processes
  • Excellent knowledge of sales administration
  • Mastery of customer relationship management/CRM software (Salesforce an asset)
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize
  • Excellent work organization
  • Long-term, sustained and human approach advocating self-improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the management and administration of sales in an international operational context, with offices in 4 countries and operations in 25 countries, mainly in English.
  • Ensure the administrative management of the sales team by participating in recruitment, skills development and the daily management of the team, its performance and well-being.
  • Ensure constant liaison with other departments (mainly Marketing, Operations and Production) to ensure multilateral communication within the sales processes.
  • Implement concrete and tactical methods for the sales team to achieve commercial objectives in collaboration with the sales manager.
  • Enrich and improve the company’s management systems (ERP/CRM) to increase collective productivity in close cooperation with the sales operations manager.
  • Support a fast and sometimes unpredictable sales cycle by providing and collecting necessary information to help salespeople close their transactions.
  • Ensure customer communications to follow up or resolve certain issues.
