Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • You welcome our customers with a smile and are the first point of contact on the phone.
  • You will take on various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail, receiving visitors, and managing meeting rooms.
  • You check incoming purchase invoices and compare them with supplier orders.
  • You closely monitor outstanding purchase and sales invoices.
  • You process online sales invoices in Exact Online.
  • You provide support to the management team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You are commercially minded, social and customer-friendly.
