Responsibilities:

As an essential part of our HR team, you will ensure HR operations run smoothly, assisting with everything from managing calendars to onboarding new hires with professionalism and efficiency. If you’re organized, proactive, and love a challenge, we want you on our team!

; Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office HR operations.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including creating onboarding packets and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Handle phone calls, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients with professionalism.
  • Respond to administrative inquiries and questions with timely and effective solutions.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize employee files and records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite to create impactful presentations, documents, and reports.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and employee development programs.

; What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
  • Team-oriented approach.
  • HR experience preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
