Description:
- With a reputation for excellence, the our client is looking for an experienced and skilled Administrative Manager to support senior management in achieving organizational goals.
- The Administrative Manager will play a key role in overseeing business operations, providing advisory support, and managing administrative functions to ensure efficiency. This role requires a professional with extensive experience working closely with senior management, deep business acumen, and an understanding of the architectural and construction industry.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or operations management, preferably within the architectural, construction, or real estate sectors.
- Proven experience working with senior management and providing advisory support.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in business management software and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on operational improvements and business efficiencies.
- Manage and coordinate office services, including staff schedules, facilities, and supply chain needs.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative and support staff.
- Maintain accurate records and files and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
