Description:

  • The Administrative Manager will play a key role in overseeing business operations, providing advisory support, and managing administrative functions to ensure efficiency. This role requires a professional with extensive experience working closely with senior management, deep business acumen, and an understanding of the architectural and construction industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or operations management, preferably within the architectural, construction, or real estate sectors.
  • Proven experience working with senior management and providing advisory support.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in business management software and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on operational improvements and business efficiencies.
  • Manage and coordinate office services, including staff schedules, facilities, and supply chain needs.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and files and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize operations.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to support business goals.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
