Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating office operations and administrative procedures. This role supports organizational efficiency and assists in the implementation of policies and programs while ensuring a smooth workflow within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office supply management, facility maintenance, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and budgets.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems and processes to enhance productivity.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring a smooth transition and orientation.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to set up a new office work space.
