Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
The Administrative and Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative and marketing functions for the Greenville office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing direct support to the Production team. This in-person, full-time, salaried position reports to the Director of Marketing & Growth and Business Manager and collaborates closely with the Administrative, Production, and IT teams.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign (required).
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and assignments.
- 1-2 years of experience in the AEC industry, particularly in marketing or administrative roles.
EDUCATION
- Degree in Business, Marketing/Communications or related major, or relevant experience in lieu
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to manage deadlines independently.

Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support, including typing, formatting documents, and organizing project files.
- Coordinate travel, events, catering, repairs, and other logistical needs to support the organization.
- Manage and organize office supplies and break room inventory.
- Handle occasional errands and other administrative tasks as needed.
MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track, analyze, and report on proposal progress (RFP & RFQ) in the CRM database.
- Assist with creating qualification packages for project pursuits, including resumes, project details, and narratives.
- Support the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional and client events.
- Contribute to the company’s online presence through website and social media management.
- Participate in marketing associations (e.g., SMPS, AMA) to enhance professional skills and industry knowledge.
