ABOUT THE ROLE

Based at our Ty Hydref service in Templeton, you’ll also be providing administrative support to our other services across West Wales who enrich the lives of the children and young people that we work with on a daily basis.
This will be a varied role in which you’ll need to provide an effective, efficient administrative service which would suit an experienced Administrative professional who wants to make a difference to the lives of children and families across Wales.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE

As a non-profit organization, we are committed to the recent update from the Welsh Government in relation to ‘eliminating private profit from the care of children looked after ’ .
“80% of care homes in Wales are run by the private sector. Our aim is to ensure that public money invested in the care of children looked after does not profit individuals or corporate entities, but is wholly spent on children’s services to deliver better experiences and outcomes for children and young people, supporting service development and improvement and further professional development for staff.”
By 2027, they aim to have the care of children who are looked after in Wales, to be provided by the public Sector and charitable or non-profile organisations.
