POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Administration Officer will support the National Institute of Forensic Science and is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services support. Primarily, the Officer is responsible for providing administrative services including;
- Maintain the email inboxes and reply, forward or allocate emails as they are received.
- Process meeting registrations and IT system access requests.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
- Facilitate general information requests.
- Maintain stakeholder contact and email mailing lists.
- Monitor and process stakeholder personal certification requests and forms, including data entry, email reminders and notifications, running reports and generating certificates.
- Provide meeting support, including drafting invitations, booking and setting up rooms, arranging catering, and greeting and signing in visitors.
- Collate, format and distribute meeting papers, and support minute taking.
- Facilitate stakeholder orders, and request purchase orders and invoice creation.
- Maintain awareness of policies and processes.
