Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor official deadlines in our patent annuity database and update client specific portfolios
  • Handle all client related requests via phone, email and/or online portal with professionalism and discretion
  • Act as a customer contact when working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests
  • Communicate patent related information efficiently to other Dennemeyer departments and customers globally

Your Profile

  • (First) working experience in an administrative service oriented role
  • Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Good organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
  • Very good communication skills combined with client orientated thinking
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and very good command of German is mandatory (written and spoken)
