Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and professional Administrative Officer to join our Facilities Management Administration Team where you will provide exceptional customer-focused service within the Public Estates and Housing Division.
Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance requests from both the public and internal teams, answering calls, and accurately entering requests into the Facilities Management System (Concerto). You will also handle general service requests, maintain databases, generate reports, and assist with financial administration tasks such as processing supplier invoices, purchase cards, and procurement.
