FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client, a marketing company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Our client requires an honest, brilliant and diligent individual to grow with its team as an Administrative Officer.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (SUMMARY)

  • Assist with administrative functions related to recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence and maintaining records, files and databases.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Business Administration, OTM, Management Sciences or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
