Responsibilities:
Are you a passionate, self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills? Join our Gas Networks & Services Team and support our operations and field crews working on the network’s operations, maintenance and distribution of gas to our clients’ customers. As our newest Administrative Officer based in our Thomastown depot, you will play a pivotal role in our diverse operations and provide crucial administrative support across commercial, operational, and financial components and be part of a dynamic and rewarding team.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Execute the raising invoices, progress claims and purchase orders.
- Distribution of work calendars and tracking of work in accordance with the program.
- Compiling reports, managing timesheets and compiling work packages when required.
- Manage the collection of timesheets, submit payroll data, and control payroll documents.
- Liaise with critical internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, Downer employees, and the general public.
