About the role
We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Administrative Officer, at our Arndale location. Reporting to the National Microfinance Project Officer, this is a Fixed Term, Part-time position Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS award level 3.

You will successfully

  • Provide administrative support for the day to day operations of the SalvosNILS Loan Provider program.
  • Ensuring Bank and Centrelink Imports and Exports are completed according to set guidelines.
  • Monitoring loan applications; liaising with Client Support Providers and Loan Assessors to ensure that loans are assessed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate purchase of goods or services in line with loan applications.
  • Ensuring that all reporting obligations (internal and external) are accurately completed as required in a timely manner.

You will have (Requisite Skills & Qualifications)

  • Certificate 3 in Business Administration and/or a minimum of 2 years experience in general and financial administrative services.
  • Prior Microfinance and/or banking and finance experience would be well regarded.
  • A national police record check is required
  • A current and valid Working with Vulnerable Persons Check
  • A driver’s licence.
