    Myer is looking for an Administrative Officer (known as a Visual Merchandise Administrator in our organisation) to be responsible for overseeing administrative responsibilities, coordinating essential visual merchandising initiative in alignment with the overarching visual merchandising strategy, exhibiting strong organisational skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities and ensuring the smooth operation of the office functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing quotes, production, and delivery of Visual Merchandise (VM) material for nominated projects and supplier activations, including timely arrival in store, communication and keeping within budget and brief
  • Maintain and updating information within VM/supplier portal
  • Store audits & RFI
  • Imagery and branding allocations, working back with merchandise and brands for supply of artwork for print
  • Manage wayfinding/directories with stores via portal and briefing graphic design
  • Managing quotes, production, and delivery of collateral for supplier activations including the supply of artwork from brands
  • Organise, maintain and updating VM database for windows and VM fixtures, including plans
  • Support with financials, budgets, business cases and tracking sheets
  • Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency
