What You’ll Be Doing
The Administrative Officer will be reporting into a Senior Manager and is responsible for Data management and validating and preparing all reports for the National Estates Center (NEC) and the Power of Attorney (POA). You will be completing all necessary activities related reporting and various systems to collect data and then put into power point presentation, Excel etc. which include and are not limited to, Daily SLA Reports and Dashboard for Senior Leadership Team, Estates Team Productivity Report from workwear and PEGA case manager tool, Call Center Reporting, AML Scrub for beneficiaries and Mailbox management. You’ll also be required to deal with non-routine situations which will need research & interpretation of information, multi-tasking and prioritizing various ask.

  • Analytical - Handle difficult or unusual problems or requests, analyzing the issue and deciding upon the most appropriate solution. Conduct complex investigations and analyze data.
  • Communication - Clearly articulate facts and recommendations when presenting instructions, ideas and solutions utilizing strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Contacting clients and/or internal/external partners to discuss/clarify problems and obtain additional information and/or confirm resolution of the problem.
  • Adaptable - strong time management and organization skills with an ability to prioritize as needed, and embrace change.
  • Teamwork- Prioritize, organize workload and coordinate activities of the team by collaborating to ensure deadlines are met and pending items are reviewed regularly. Assist with training of new and/or temporary staff to provide support to peers in learning and understanding process, procedures and guidelines.
  • Technical - Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to work with Spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Multi-tasking - Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity in a sophisticated matrix management organization under time constraints.
