REQUIREMENTS:

  • **Open to Singaporeans only, WE Do Not Sponsor Any Form of Work Passes.
  • Diploma/degree in Business administration or related courses
  • Min 5 years of Singapore working experience in general administration, planning and administering executive services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Candidate with Excellent communication skills and Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Experience in Accounting, system automation
  • Proficiency in Google Functions

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide the general day-to-day administration functions and duties.
  • Arrange/ coordinate appointments and bookings for meetings and company car use.
  • Admin support to executives and expatriate staff for housing matters and travel arrangements.
  • Support Work Pass (EP) & Tax related matters.
  • Business trip coordination (e.g., flight and hotel bookings, VISA applications)
  • Manage office supplies and factory inventory by working with the factory management and finance department.
  • Monitor contracts (facilities, housing, service providers, and suppliers), signal for contract expiry, and prepare quotes.
  • Local logistics and organization support and arrangements.
  • Keeps management informed through written and verbal reports (summarizing information, and identifying trends).
  • From time to time, the company has special projects and events.
  • The GA team will also support full backend support.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
