Responsibilities:

Join the Passport, Immigration and Nationality Service as an Administrative Officer! In this role, you will be working in the Passport, Immigration and Nationality services, providing administrative support primarily to our Passport & Nationality teams whilst delivering a friendly and courteous service to our customers.
Some of your duties in this role will include dealing with routine enquiries by phone, email and in person, checking and accepting applications, maintaining and updating Immigration and Nationality’s files and processing passport applications. The hours of this post are Monday -Tuesday 09.00-17.30 & Wednesday 09.00- 12.30.
