  • Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in online platforms.
  • Intermediate IT skills for problem-solving and platform management.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and procedures (an asset).
  • Proficiency in using database software.
  • Experience in phone handling and multitasking.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Client-focused with professional and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating facilities management—including but not limited to office cleaning, maintenance, building alarms, fire inspections.
  • Coordinating purchase requests for office supplies/uniform/warehouse supplies, etc.
  • Managing mobile device inventory, including configuration management.
  • Owning the enrollment and ongoing IT support of platforms for employees—set up email and phones for onboarding.
  • Assisting with mobile device/technology issues.
  • Managing Paul Davis Ottawa Social Media platforms—LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitoring and supporting the company fleet.
  • Coordinating company events and meetings as required.
  • Updating employee and company certifications through the IICRC.
  • Scheduling employee training.
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees.
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned
