Description:
Do you fancy a new opportunity or a change of team?
We are looking for 2x experienced, enthusiastic, and efficient administrators to work in the Environmental Health, Pollution & Residential Services department.
You will be part of an office-based integrated Technical Support Team within Environmental Health, Pollution and Residential Services. Main duties would include responding to a large volume of enquiries from members of the public, internal and external contractors, and organisations. Plus supporting a team of Environmental Health & Technical/Enforcement Officers in carrying out regulatory & statutory functions as well as other duties such as casework & performance statistics.
You will need to have relevant experience in a busy office environment and possess excellent verbal, written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office particularly word, outlook and excel and also have experience with databases to carry out high volume, accurate and efficient data entry, processing licence applications and taking payments.
