ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- A minimum three years of relevant administrative and/or financial experience, preferably in a University environment
- Experience coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items
- Proven experience supporting committees and writing accurate, professional meeting minutes
- Experience processing payroll
- Experience working with financial and human resources information systems
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite, survey tools, and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and knowledge.
- Capacity to work independently, show initiative, exercise diplomacy and sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities

Responsibilities:
