Responsibilities:
DUTIES
- As a first-line supervisor, assign, review and evaluate work of subordinates and monitor accomplishments. Establish workload priorities based on routine and emerging requirements and make assignments.
- Provide technical and administrative supervision and oversight of complex and sensitive analytical and operational intelligence products. Perform all senior level supervisory and managerial functions.
- Provide organization’s input to the resource validation process. Manage final submission for actions relating to the validation process and the identification and prioritization of manpower and force structure requirements to meet training mission.
- Manage the certification, validation of TRAS documents, Programs of Instruction (POI) and Course Administrative Data (CAD). Plan, coordinate, and synchronize participation in the TRADOC SMDR.
- Recognize and validate each service’s and agency’s apportionment of training allocations by daily coordination with personnel throughout DoD, including COCOMs, Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), and DIA.
- Manage Current (CUOPS) and Future Operations (FUOPs) planning on behalf of the organization; facilitate staff coordination across the organization to support current and future operations.
- Ensure timely, accurate submission of operational, budgeting, and educational services requirements. Manage operations planning, programming, and budgeting process. Examine alternative strategies, the analysis of changing conditions and trends.
- Serve as senior registrar on behalf of the Commander. Responsible for the coordination and synchronization of all Service training mangers to ensure the equitable distribution of resource requirements in accordance with current policy.
- Perform technically and administrative training support to include academic records management scheduling, quality assurance; forecast student inbound and outbound populations. Produce statistical data analysis for use with multiple courses.
- Provide an additional level of oversight ensuring student accounting, registrar issues and researches student and/or training related problems, issues, and concerns are effetely addressed and resolved.
- Prepare for and facilitate all meetings, out-briefs, and final delivery of inspections for leadership review. Prepare for and execute inspections of staff operations, procedures, and organizational administrative processes.
- Provide the Commander reports of various programs and procedures and make recommendations for improvement and develop new or modified methods in order to be compliant with the guiding regulations and policies.
