Responsibilities:

Review, proofread, and process subpoenas, orders, communications, memos and other legal documents prepared by enforcement staff.
Schedule hearings, court reporters, and rooms for hearings, and compiles and maintain the official record for hearings held pursuant to R.C. 1707.12.
Coordinate and perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining and creating databases, preparing documents and criminal referrals, correspondence, and certificates.
Review, analyze, compile, retrieves, and enter data into Excel spreadsheet, online e-discovery platforms and other analytical resources, and the STAR Database and the shared drive.
Provide secretarial and non-routine administrative support for Attorney Inspector in division enforcement program regarding case management (e.g., draft and enter Form U-6s on Central Registration Depository for Licensing and Enforcement Sections of Division, maintain the vehicle fleet schedule, and prepare and submit required documentation to the Department of Administrative Services).
