YOUR OPPORTUNITY

BDO Canada’s Brantford office is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team on a 9-month contract, bringing your skills and expertise to excel in the following responsibilities:

  • Support Partners and staff within the office
  • Refine and format various documents to ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency
  • Maintain accurate billing records for Partners
  • E-file tax returns and manage Partners’ lists to meet all filing deadlines
  • Interact with clients to address information requests and follow-ups
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including photocopying, filing, mailing/couriering, and other support for staff and Partners

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • You possess 1-2 years of administrative experience or equivalent education, with preference for relevant diplomas or other certificates
  • You have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
  • You are comfortable working in a deadline-driven work setting and dealing with confidential information
  • You are naturally curious, adaptable and compassionate person who enjoys taking initiatives and helping others
  • You have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills both written and oral
  • You value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed workAbility to work extra hours as required
