Description:

We are seeking an Administrative/Project Specialist to join our clients team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is full time and fully on site.

Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea

Responsibilities:

  • Audit customer accounts across various platforms to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Regularly update team members on tasks that need completion for clients
  • Manage customer communication channels effectively, including email and phone management
  • Assist with mail distribution and filing tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other related tasks
  • Manage calendars and keep track of important dates and deadlines
  • Take on project management tasks, ensuring all team members stay on track with their tasks
  • Assist the VP and CEO as and when required
  • Eventually take on invoicing/billing tasks, with prior experience in this area being a plus, but not a requirement as training will be provided
  • Use Formal Project Management and Administrative Assistance skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Must possess skills in project management and administrative functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential
  • Excellent customer communication skills are required
