JOB SUMMARY

This administrative role entails compiling text, photos and data submitted via email by our field technicians. Success in this role requires a strong focus on small details and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detailed, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, basic Excel and general computer proficiency.
  • Dependability and a committed work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Prior administrative or document processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Review field technician emails and extract key information for reports.
  • Compile, format, and proofread reports using Microsoft Word.
  • Organize and insert photos.
  • Enter numeric data into excel table.
  • Ensure reports are clear, professional, and meet company standards.
  • Communicate with technicians to clarify details as needed.
  • Learn basic technical terminology to improve report quality.
