Job Function: SW&C Marketplace Delivery The role:
We’re looking for the role of Administrative Sales Support - Operation Manager for Microsoft, one of the most important and key positions within our structure and business. If you have previous experience with MS licensing, or you´re naturally supportive and thorough then you might be a perfect fit for us!

WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKLOAD:

• Manages quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests in our internal Delivery CRM system,
• Within this position you will be a partner of our Account Managers (BDM) with the responsibility for the delivery of purchases,
• Experience and knowledge of Navision (CRM) – is an advantage,
• Our Administrative Sales Support Specialists are also responsible for the establishment of trust relationships with customers and prospects and understand their objectives,
• Daily communication in English with our Headquarters and suppliers,
• Prepares cost estimates for licensing and product sales as well as professional services,
• Excel is your good friend, you have basic user knowledge and you are not afraid of using Excel daily.

What we need to see from you:

• We highly appreciate your previous experience within a similar position and your ability to sell and manage customer,
• We’d be more than happy if you have a basic knowledge of the MS licensing process in general – it’s not a must,
• You should be able to work independently and multi-task while managing multiple customer opportunities at a time,
• What are the key skills for this role? – thoroughness – reliability – detail-orientation – result-oriented – ability to decide by yourself,
• Ability to switch to English, meaning good written and verbal skills (B2), native Czech/Slovak language,
• Willingness to learn and develop personal licensing knowledge.
