Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Shipping and Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for both dealer and direct orders. This role involves managing daily shipping operations, coordinating international and domestic shipments, overseeing customs and duties clearance and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized and committed to ensuring seamless logistics operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Please do not apply on a work visa.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in office administration, shipping, fulfillment, or logistics, preferably with knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and shipping softwares
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages up to 15kg occasionally
This role is critical in ensuring efficient and reliable fulfillment of dealer and direct orders, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational success.

Responsibilities:
CUSTOMS & DUTIES COMPLIANCE:
- Prepare and review documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
- Monitor import/export regulations to ensure full compliance
- Work with customs brokers to address any clearance issues and minimize delays
