MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying:
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following: (1) preparing, editing, and finalizing correspondence for supervisors and managers; (2) entering or validating time and attendance records in an automated payroll system; (3) preparing reports, charts, graphs, and other documents to be issued in planning documents; (4) assisting with purchasing requests.

Responsibilities:
- Assists with the development, formulation, monitoring, tracking and execution related to budget and finance.
- Serves as clerical point of contact on human resources for the office, assists supervisors with personnel forms and documents and other human resource personnel actions.
- Serves as clerical point of contact for resource programs. Perform administrative transactions in various systems and databases.
- Assists with facility operations and maintenance needs including office equipment, security systems, etc.
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mail. Date, route, stamp and deliver incoming mail. Assemble out-going mail.
