Administrative Support
Salary – Circa £30,000
Are you someone who loves to work in a team and enjoys supporting others? Do you want to broaden your knowledge of Aviva and work with the people that help to make it all happen?
This role would be great for someone who excels in a team environment and enjoys administrative work but with the freedom to become really involved with the team and its culture.
A bit about the job:
In this role, you will support a team of lawyers with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing documents, handling procurement and expenses, booking meetings, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation, onboarding new team members, and managing purchase orders. Your support will enable our Group Legal team to focus on their core responsibilities and perform their roles effectively.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • High aptitude for planning, prioritisation, time management, and organisation.
  • Passion for learning new things and systems.
  • Willingness to provide a high level of support at all times.
  • Ability to exercise initiative but not be afraid to ask questions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programmes a plus.

  • Salary – Circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
