POSITION DETAILS

The University of Lethbridge Career Bridge is seeking a full-time, continuing position for an Administrative Support II.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work creatively and collaboratively as part of a team. The ability to manage multiple priorities is considered an asset.
Critical qualities for this position include a positive attitude, the ability to take initiative to drive departmental outcomes, and the ability to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in our partners. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated skills in organization, leadership, working collaboratively and calmly against multiple deadlines. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to services for students and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a complex environment.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and additional coursework and/or experience in work-integrated learning, relational databases, customer service, and Microsoft office suite.
