Your Opportunity:
The Adult Community Services program provides quality, client focuses, recovery based, concurrent capable, culturally appropriate care to those seeking supports/services withing Addictions and Mental Health Services. As an Administrative Support III you will be the first point of contact clients have with the clinic and our services. You will provide a warm, welcoming environment whether in person or by phone. This position is responsible for daily reception and involved working closely with and providing administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. The Admin III is responsible for processing high volumes of public and staff inquires, both in-person and via telephone, ad plays a key role on the team in terms of client engagement. The position requires strict adherence and sensitivity to confidentiality. The working environment is busy with many overlapping needs and demands require flexibility, creativity, collaboration and the ability to multi-task effectively. Developing and supporting administrative relationships with Recovery Alberta Staff, partners and other multi-agency professionals is essential. Duties include operating a multiline switchboard, data collection, scheduling appointments, and other related tasks. This role involves extended periods of sitting with repetitive hand movements, keyboarding, and telephone handling, with the ability to work in a busy noisy work environment. As Admin Support III you will have experience in administrative and interpersonal skills. An extensive knowledge of Connect Care, Addiction and Mental Health, and use of a multiline switchboard experience is a must have. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024.
