Description:

As an Administrative Support Agent Class II The primary and usual role of a person in this job class is to perform a variety of administrative tasks according to established methods and procedures.
Status: Temporary position – 3 months

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP) with an appropriate option or a Secondary School Diploma (DES) or a diploma or certificate of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.
  • Bilingual in French and English..
    This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • The person in this job class fills out forms, various administrative documents, and maintains an up-to-date documentation and filing system. They input all types of texts and send form letters and acknowledgments of receipt; they search for and provide information related to their area of activity.
  • Prepare, compile, and verify data.
  • Receive and direct phone calls, providing general information.
  • Sort and route correspondence. They greet, inform, and direct people within the college.
  • Record transactions related to their activities and verify their accuracy. They perform a set of tasks related to lending and may act as a cashier.
  • Use the information and communication technology tools provided in connection with the tasks to be performed.
  • If necessary, they perform any other related tasks.
