KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in administration including experience in the use of computer based systems such as word processing, spreadsheet and records management systems.
  • Knowledge of financial and human resource management procedures, policies and practices, and contract administration.

Northern Inland Branch Overview

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for individuals who are natural organisers who love multi-tasking! The Administrative Support Officer provides quality customer service and administrative support services to the Northern Inland Branch area team. This pivotal role provides a wide range of administrative support services to facilitate the operation of the team such as financial and records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, HR administration and reporting. Working closely with the Director and team leaders you will be relied upon to communicate key information, management of due dates of tasks, financial processing and monitoring, recruitment, calendar management and day to day administrative tasks. To ensure the smooth running of the Branch, you’ll utilise your savvy business systems knowledge (SAP, CM9, Microsoft Word and Excel) and superior organisational and communication skills.
