ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an experienced Administrative Support Officer looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Become an essential part of our dedicated team and contribute to the smooth operations across our busy Specialist Clinics. In this role, you’ll work closely with skilled medical and clinical staff, providing a friendly and welcoming experience for all clients.
Our Specialist Clinics have Administration positions available working across Women’s Health Service, Paediatric Outpatient Clinic, Specialist Outpatient Clinic and Orthopaedic Outpatient Clinic, all located on Level 3 at Southwest Healthcare.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process referrals and manage appointment scheduling
  • Deliver outstanding clerical support and customer service
  • Oversee information filing and retrieval
  • Collaborate effectively with all staff members
