ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Enrollment in protected categories L.68/99;
  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a similar discipline will be preferred;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel;
  • Cooperative approach with the stakeholders;
  • Accuracy and good analytical skills.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Previous experience in Accounting in public environment;
  • Documented experience in purchase order issuance and supplier’s data management;
  • Knowledge of public procurement laws and SAP tool;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Stakeholders oriented;
  • Strong problem solving attitude;
  • High motivation to learn;
  • Spirit of innovation and creativity;
  • Good at time and priority management;
  • Ability to work in a challenging and international environment;

  • Purchase orders drafting and management of subsequent related activities;
  • Supplier’s Data entry and management
