INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Journeyman Administrative Support Specialist to oversee the DCSA Administrative Support contract. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across various DCSA offices, including but not limited to the Logistics Management Office (LMO), Office of Small Business Programs and Industry Engagement (OSBP), and other DCSA departments. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing documentation, maintaining records, and serving as a point of contact for administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent administrative experience, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, with proven abilities to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities effectively, preferably within a government or military context. At least 3 years of experience in performing a wide range of administrative duties, including calendar management, document preparation, travel coordination, meeting organization, and office management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in supporting daily operations. Significant experience (2+ years) in working with task management systems (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar platforms) to track assignments, maintain records, and coordinate administrative tasks across multiple departments or teams.
- Required Certifications: Proficiency certifications in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Clearance: Secret Security Clearance required, Top Secret with SCI Eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities:
- The contractor employee will perform the full range of office administrative duties in support of DCSA offices. Duties include but are not limited to calendar management, conference room scheduling, document preparation, task management, coordination of travel arrangements and preparation of travel documents, office management, supply requests, and meeting minutes, answering, and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records, printing, faxing, mailing/shipping overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages, etc.
- Perform operational support duties which may include activities such as conducting database checks, supporting office meetings, and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner as required by DCSA office leadership.
- The contractor employee will function as a POC, interfacing with DCSA staff in various support services offices. This includes acting as a liaison for calendar scheduling, maintenance of office supplies, and coordination of administrative tasks.
- The Journeyman Administrative Assistant shall be proficient in general office equipment usage, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, SharePoint, and other task management systems required to perform the duties associated with this task order.
