DESCRIPTION
This role will provide varied and sensitive office administrative support to consultants in the Arlington Retirement Line of Business, in addition to the Office Line of Business Leader.

Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Key Software: Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and SharePoint.
- Email Management: Efficiently respond to and prioritize diverse email requests from consultants, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Client Deliverables: Create and refine client presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Word, including designing slideshows, decks, and graphics, as well as managing footnotes, track changes, and mail merges.
- Proofreading Excellence: Ensure high-quality client materials through meticulous proofreading for grammar, format, and adherence to WTW branding guidelines.
- Calendar Management: Organize and coordinate internal and client meetings, maintaining a well-managed calendar.
- Virtual Meeting Facilitation: Manage and drive virtual and hybrid meetings, including Teams meetings, Live Events, Town Halls, and polling activities.
- Financial Systems: Learn and utilize Oracle for financial management, including invoicing and project code maintenance, and ARIBA for Accounts Payable.
- Contract Management: Use COMET to manage and store contracts.
- Expense and Travel Coordination: Handle expense reports and arrange travel logistics efficiently.
- Document Management: Utilize Dynamics for client database management and revenue tracking.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute various events with attention to detail.
- Meeting Support: Record and summarize meeting notes for accurate documentation.
