Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Support V reports to the Team Lead and Zone Department Manager. The position will provide senior administrative assistance in the operation of the Calgary Zone Department of Emergency Medicine through organization and coordination of the offices in the Research Section and Site Leads at all four adult sites. Key responsibilities would include but are not limited to supporting a growing research team and physician leaders in a fast-paced environment, involving grant applications and/or research-related activities, physician scheduling, calendar management, minute taking, and other office duties assigned. The successful candidate must be familiar with the policies, business practices, corporate applications and support infrastructure of Alberta Health Services and University of Calgary. The incumbent will possess exceptional skills in organization, attention to detail, decision-making, and handling of confidential information, with strong work ethic and bring solid communication and team collaboration skills.
