Description:
To provide leadership, supervision and local management support to FTB Administration team; including the direct line management of team Lead Administrators/Medical Secretaries. To maximise patient safety and quality of experience by ensuring a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Hub and the clinical pathways that operate within the Hub.

This fixed-term position offers a unique chance to contribute to the well-being of young people in a dynamic and supportive environment. The admin team are in need of a passionate, strong leader who is driven to manage the admin team and support the service.

Working alongside some of the region’s most esteemed Psychologists, Nurse Specialists, Therapists, Clinical Consultants and a large admin team, you will be part of a collaborative team that strives for excellence in every aspect of patient care.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with a demonstrated track record in managing a large administrative team, particularly line management. Your experience should reflect your ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments while maintaining a flexible and solution-focused mindset. A genuine team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others will excel in this role.
Additionally, having a good understanding of and empathy for the young people, families, and communities we serve is highly desirable. Your passion for making a positive impact and dedication to delivering exceptional support will be valued assets.
