Description:

WOW! Smiles is looking for a Regional Administrative Team Manager for the North Bay Area. This is a hands-on team leadership position which requires a growth-mindset, commitment, and ability to balance the best interests of the patients, the team, and the company in partnership with the regional Clinical Team Manager and the Senior Manager of Administrative Services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Committed and passionate about providing excellent customer service, growing team members, and ensuring that we are the best part of our patient’s day!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
  • Computer skills, dental or medical management software experience is helpful but not needed.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Leadership and/or Healthcare experience is a plus, however willing to train the right candidate who has a record of increased responsibilities and progression in their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a leader over 4 locations and directly manage a team of 6-8 employees.

  • Understand the KPI’s for the department and work proactively with your director to constantly improve patient experience and ensure KPIs are being consistently met.

Good feedback helps us to stay aligned with what works to provide the best experience possible to our patients and team members.
  • Monitor team member interactions, phone calls, reports, schedules, etc. and reward positives while coaching to improve efficiency and effectiveness of services provided.
  • Handle patient and team member concerns as they arise with the full support of your team. We know that nothing gets done by just one person and it takes a team of professionals to deliver the best experience possible. You will have the support of the Director of Administration, HR manager, financial team, other team managers, and a marketing team.
