Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients team on a short term basis with a view to extend in Tullamore. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the facility. Your responsibilities will include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Sage accounting software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
