Description:

Our client is a growing funds manager in the alternative investment space. Due to current growth, they are looking to appoint an investor administrator and coordinator to join their high-performing team. Our client is looking for an exciting talent to join the team in a supportive function and enable the team to perform their best. This could be an exciting role for an emerging talent looking to sink their teeth into funds management or an experienced administrator professional looking for their next step.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Management – Including the upkeep and cleanliness of the office and boardroom, stocktake of office supplies, tidying and preparing of the boarding room for meetings. This may require ad hoc.
  • Calendar management – Issue calendar invites for sales meetings and confirming materials and agendas
  • Travel – Co-ordinating travel requirements for employees and assisting affiliate managers when required and overseas visits for clients to external managers offices.
  • Director Support - assisting sales directors with the running of team sales meetings (i.e. note taking, agenda and materials)
  • CRM Management – Maintain and update the investor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date investor profiles.
  • Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the Investor Relations team.
  • Marketing materials – ad-hoc assistance with preparing marketing documents
