We are seeking a Part time administrative assistant at Sodexo Live! Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our building. You will handle a variety of tasks, including clerical work, data entry, scheduling and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Oversee the smooth running of the health and safety of the department and provide HR support
