Responsibilities:

As the Administrator supporting the Auckland Centre, you will work independently to support the smooth running of the Auckland Centre and its related programmes. The Auckland Centre is home to staff from our External Engagement and Research Divisions, providing a vital University presence in the Auckland area. The Pacific Community Engagement programme operates from this office, offering you the chance to build meaningful connections with a wide and diverse community.
This exciting and varied role is self-driven, you will be looking after staff and students with a wide scope of work. You will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Tasks will include coordinating access and activity around the building, room and event bookings, purchasing and transactional finance tasks such as PCard coding, invoicing and reimbursements, assisting with travel arrangements, as well as a number of other general administrative tasks to ensure the building continues to run efficiently.
