Long Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with resolving problems pertaining to integration orders
  • Create sales orders/PO’s for equipment, supplies and tools
  • Enter orders into online order system
  • Work with accounts payable on order invoicing
  • Receive orders on Sage (Internal System) and cross reference with warehousing in US
  • Process RSO into the system.
  • Sorting and filling of incoming documents (POD/Delivery Notes)
  • Project support and perform other duties as required by Operations Manager

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service, data entry and/or administration experience preferred
