We are looking for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to support the administrative functions of the Service . You will w ork in a supportive environment to assist the multidisciplinary clinical team in providing a patient focused service.
To be the first point of contact , support the administration and reception function for the CAMHS Eating Disorders Service for daily operational requirements , to meet service delivery requirements.
Attend meetings where the information may be complex and sensitive, take and transcribe minutes. Distribute information prior to and after meetings in a timely fashion.
Use a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office 365/Word/Excel and knowledge of RiO would be an advantage.
Input confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation within an agreed timescale using software packages , maintaining a high standard .
Carry out a variety of admin tasks , b e aware of deadlines , plan and prioriti se own workload in accordance with service needs.
L iaise and communicate effectively with service users, all levels of staff within the service and the wider Trust.

Responsibilities:
Excellent interpersonal, observational and reporting skills
A ble to deal with sensitive and sometimes challenging phone calls.
Confident IT skills and using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Previous experience of working in an office and/or customer care environment.
A ble to muti-task , use own initiative , be adaptable and resilient .
