We are currently seeking an Administrator to join the team at the West Deeping Workshop.
This role will report directly into the Maintenance Manager, and you will actively support the administration activities for the workshop & maintenance department.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

Strong IT skills
Ability to use your own initiative to prioritise and manage workloads.
The ability to build rapport quickly and communicate.
Previous experience in an administrative role
Finance or business administration qualification (advantageous)
Good organisation skills.
Full UK Driving Licence

Undertaking administration duties for Workshop Storeman, Workshop Supervisor & Maintenance Manager.
Working with I.T system programmes that supports compliance in maintenance.
General administrative tasks including raising purchase orders, goods receipting, record keeping.
Providing support & holiday cover for the Storeman including ordering parts from suppliers and on occasion collecting parts
