QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· At least 1 year experience of administrative duties.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task.
· Meticulous and accurate.
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data as per GDPR.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential.
· Enthusiastic and proactive
· Excellent customer service
· Organised, self-motivated and flexible.

Responsibilities:

Please note that this position is subject to an Enhanced DBS and security clearance. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this further. This is a fully office based job Monday-Friday 9-5.
Duties will include:
· Day to day administration duties
· Reception duties
· Answering incoming telephone calls
· Replying to email enquiries
· Providing administrative support to the directors and other staff members
· Raising doubts for the mandated appointments
· Printing attendance register and keeping it up to date.
· Meeting and Greeting stakeholders.
· Hospitality support for all internal and external meetings
· Physical Access Audit
· Other duties as an when required.
