You will also have the chance to contribute to process improvements and really make the role your own.
If you are an experienced and well-organised administrator who thrives at coordinating a range of projects and priorities in large organisations, we’d love for you to join our mission.
WHAT SKILLS WILL I NEED?
- Experienced Administrator with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (strong Excel desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively in writing, face-to-face and by telephone with a wide-ranging audience to build good relationships.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise your workload while coordinating multiple projects, conflicting priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards the team’s collective success.
- Either immediately available or on one month’s notice or less.

We’re looking for people who can believe in and embody these organisation values and can use them to drive forward progress against our mission to beat cancer.
If you’re interested in applying and excited about working with us but are unsure if you have the right skills and experience we’d still love to hear from you.
